Owner: Nicole G. Rayfield

Nicole G. Rayfield is an educator, innovator and entrepreneur with a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a scholarly background in the lived experience of Black women in predominately non-Black spaces. A higher education professional with 25 years of experience, Dr. Rayfield is a prolific author and student advocate.

Polish Me Unbothered sell nail polish that celebrates the lived experience of Black women in the workplace. The collection names and colors are drawn from cultural references that speak to both the trials and the triumph of Black womanhood.

Done & Done

Owner: Ajee Cook

Ajee Cook moved to Pennsylvania to earn her Bachelor’s in Sociology from Lincoln University. Cook then worked in various roles in the nonprofit human services industry, where she noticed the struggle that businesses faced with daily administrative tasks this led Cook to pursue a Masters in Business Administration with a Management Concentration from Thomas Jefferson University.

Done & Done is an operational support firm for entrepreneurs and business leaders with big dreams but limited budgets. The goal is to help businesses reach their full potential by assisting with their administrative and operational tasks. So far, Done & Done has successfully supported dozens of entrepreneurs, enabling them to maximize their business potential.

Marquita Robinson Garcia is a cosmetic chemist turned entrepreneur personalizing skincare. Known as Philly’s ‘Mad Scientist Gone Good,’ Garcia brings her experience from the lab where she developed products with multinationals like Chanel®, NARS® and bareMinerals®. In 2017,
she channeled her expertise and founded DVINITI Skin Care, Philadelphia’s first natural brand offering custom-blended skincare.
