Governor Josh Shapiro joined Solomon Jones on a special broadcast of Wake Up With WURD from Girard College on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which coincided with Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday. Shapiro encouraged listeners to embrace King’s teachings by maintaining hope and taking action for change.

Natasha Terrell and Jasmine Anderson are co-hosts of “Travel Fly Sexy,” a podcast that helps people turn their travel dreams into reality. They joined Reality Check to talk about the travel trends of 2025, destinations suitable for people with families and traveling on a budget.
