The 2022 ecoWURD Environmental Justice Summit, titled “Respect and Protect Our Spaces,” is taking place on Monday, Oct. 10, at Bartram’s Garden! RSVP here to attend.

Held on Indigenous Peoples Day, the annual summit will feature a diverse lineup of programming focusing on how we can respect and protect our spaces in order to strengthen our collective future as Black people.

Via ecoWURD and the summit, WURD is refocusing conversations about climate awareness and environmental justice, centering the communities and neighborhoods hit hardest. We welcome you to join these conversations along with other activities and exhibits we are planning for the day. You can watch and listen to highlights from last year’s summit here.

Keynote Guest Shawmar Pitts, Strategy Organizer at Philly Thrive
