Tiffany Bacon is an actor, radio personality, health educator, fashion and costume designer. She began her career in radio in 1990 while attending Temple University. The university radio station, WRTI, sparked a lifelong love for radio and broadcasting in general. She spent a few years at B101, more than a decade at Power 99FM and now she can be heard on Classix 107.9 and WURD 96.1 FM. Ms. Bacon created and hosted the groundbreaking radio show, Inner City, where she featured new artists, live poetry, live bands, Neo and classic Soul, eclectic Hip Hop and Jazz. Inner City was responsible for breaking new artists like Jill Scott, Music Soulchild, Kindred The Family Soul, Bilal, Floetry, Jaguar Wright and John Legend. 

In addition to her dedication to the field of broadcasting, Ms. Bacon has served as a high school Drama/Dance/Broadcasting teacher, theater company founder, casting director, dancer, choreographer, fashion/costume designer, director, TV producer and actress. Ms. Bacon landed lead and/or supporting roles in August Wilson’s Fences & The Piano Lesson, Ruined by Lynn Nottage, For Colored Girls by Ntozake Shange and Purlie Victorious by Ozzie Davis just to name a few. Tiffany graduated from a 2-year acting program at the William Esper School in New York City. She is dedicated to bringing great stories to life on stage and screen. Ms. Bacon also created a clothing line, Mo’Tiff Designs. She made her National debut as a fashion designer in September 2018 when her collection “Accents of Africa” walked The Runway during Philly Fashion Week. 

Even though Tiffany is dedicated to her work in broadcasting, theater and fashion, Tiffany is also dedicated to public health; she is a certified HIV Educator who works with a STI/HIV prevention education project for African American teen girls called Horizons. She is the co-creator of asexual, reproductive and mental health awareness program for African-American teens. We Get to Choose received a grant to test its effectiveness with the focused population. Tiffany Bacon’s mission is to edu-tain the world and be an agent for social change.
