The Sullivan Moving Mountains Award honors critically acclaimed trailblazers who have impacted society in a positive way by taking action rather than waiting around for others. Inaugurated in 2012, the Award is named for the internationally recognized civil rights leader, social activist and extraordinary Philadelphian, the late Reverend Doctor Leon Howard Sullivan.
