Please join us for an interactive cooking demonstration and healthy eating seminar hosted at Independence LIVE, located at 1919 Market Street – 2nd Floor.  Our featured chef will be Naimah Rutling, proud owner of the catering company, H.E.R. by Chef Nai.  She will show us how to make a quick, nutritious, and delicious meal for the whole family using her signature spices and sauces.  And guess what!?!  For those who RSVP to this event, you’ll also be able to taste what is being prepared.  Come on out, Thursday, October 12th, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
