INVISIBLE RIVER/Schuylkill River Arts Day

Celebrate the Schuylkill River with art and activities on Saturday, July 16th! Join local organization INVISIBLE RIVER from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. for Schuylkill River Arts Day – a completely free festival along the Schuylkill River.
The festival kicks off at 10 a.m. with a processional led by the Positive Movement drumline and African Diaspora Artist Collective from Mander Recreation Center to the river (2140 N. 33rd St.  – processional guests should arrive by 9:45 a.m.).
The fun continues along the river with hands-on activities including free kayak
rentals, paddling lessons, fishing lessons and performances from over 55 artists throughout the day!
