Sassy Seniors is an event series honoring our seniors who are still active. WURD Radio will spotlight community resources during open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act to ensure seniors know what services are available to them. Every Thursday during The Source, hosted by Andrea Lawful Sanders, WURD will broadcast live from various sites across the city. WURD Radio is creating a space important for Philadelphia’s African American community to gain information and ask questions from insurance and senior service experts about the best options for their health care as they get older.
