Solomon Jones is an award-winning columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News and Philadelphia Inquirer, where he writes regularly about race and class. The Essence bestselling author of 8 novels and two short story collections, Jones is a blogger for NPR-affiliate WHYY. A strong voice in Philadelphia radio, Jones has been featured nationally on CNN, ABC’s Nightline, NPR, HLN, TV One, and Al Jazeera. His latest novel, The Dead Man’s Wife, was published in 2012 by St. Martin’s Press. He is currently at work on his next novel.
