Lawyer and critical race theorist Tim Golden joined Solomon Jones on Wake Up With WURD to discuss the ongoing battle for reparations. Golden explained how the current makeup of the Supreme Court coincides with local governance and how it will enable or restrict reparation payments to Black Americans affected by systemic racism.
