Black Talk Station Presents Health Conscious Information & Activities in West Philly

(PHILADELPHIA, PA)Today, WURD Radio (96.1FM / 900AM / WURDRadio.com / WURDApp), the only African American owned and operated talk radio station in Pennsylvania, announced the launch of its WURD Wellness Pavilion at the 11th Annual ParkWest Festival in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, June 2nd, Noon – 4pm.

WURD will team up with the ParkWest Town Center for another consecutive year of neighborhood celebration and community unity.  All WURD listeners and residents are welcome to join the station, its staff and program personalities for a day of live music, entertainment, activities, food and much more! The WURD Wellness Pavilion will also be on the scene providing free information and tips for living a health forward lifestyle. Get active with zumba, learn about stress relief, and health screening services along with so much more provided at the WURD Wellness Pavilion. Attendees can also start or renew their ForWURD Membership on site at the special early bird rate of only $75!

Admission is free and all are welcome to engage in the fun. There will also be a LIVE broadcast of the event on WURD, with listeners encouraged to join in the social media conversation using #WURDWellness.
