Just hours after delivering a speech from NATO about the fatal police shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, President Obama was compelled to once again address the world, this time due to the shooting deaths of five police officers after a peaceful rally in Dallas, TX.

Marchers had gathered to protest the recent wave of police brutality and excessive force that led to the killings of Mr. Sterling and Mr. Castile.
